I’m a mum of 2, a teacher, and a body positive facilitator. I have a Bachelor of Science majoring in Biology, and a Master of Teaching, as well as many years of experience teaching adolescents. I have struggled with body image, self-esteem and food all my life, and when I learned how to break out of the diet/binge cycle and to actually appreciate myself and my body the way I am, I knew I needed to help as many people as I could to do the same. So I drew on my years of experience as an educator to design a course that has it all, all of the different things that I learned on my journey that got me to where I am now. It was way too much information so I’ve divided it into 7 courses, the Your Body Your Rules suite, and this is a small taste of what they're like. I can’t wait to help you on your journey to a positive body image and better relationship with yourself!
